How do I determine my correct helmet size?
To find your perfect fit, wrap a measuring tape around your head approximately one inch above your eyebrows. Compare your measurement to the size chart found on each product page to select the appropriate size.
What is your return policy for apparel and parts?
We accept returns on unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that helmets must still have all warning labels and protective films attached to be eligible for a refund.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?

Are Biltwell helmets DOT certified?
Yes, all Biltwell helmets are designed to meet or exceed US Department of Transportation (DOT) safety standards. Specific models may also carry ECE certification, which will be noted in the product description.
